Dog Park Terms & Conditions

1. Booking:

a) Bookings and payments are made exclusively via the website. The paddock can only be used if it has been booked and paid for. b) Cancellations: If the client arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. c) Refunds: We operate a non-refund policy. d) Fenland Dog Park reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their own discretion. e) Bookings are non-transferable.

2. Visiting Fenland Dog Park:

a) Arriving and Departing: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of time to unload their dog(s), use the paddock and load their dog(s) into the vehicle during your allocated time slot. Please note that the time slot is not just for the time in the paddock. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your time slot is due to start. b) Please respect our neighbours with no anti-social behaviour and noise. c) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for their dog(s). d) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that both entrance gates are closed whilst using the paddock. e) Please keep your dog(s) on a lead at all times until the previous users have loaded their dog(s) back in their vehicle. f) Children are welcome to visit the site but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The agility equipment is designed for dogs and children are not permitted to use this equipment. Children must not climb on the fencing and gates on the site. g) Smoking is strictly prohibited. h) Barbecues are not permitted. I) In the event of bringing a friend/ family or sending someone in place of you, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety & ensure they abide by the T&C’s at all times whilst using the paddock.

3. Code of Ethics

a) Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Your dog(s) must not be tethered to any permanent structure on the site. No dog(s) are to be left unattended in vehicles. b) The equipment is for canine use only. Before using this facility, please ensure your dog(s) are physically fit and strong enough to perform activities. c) Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not permitted. d) Physical or verbal harsh handling of dogs is not acceptable. e) In keeping with the law regarding β€˜responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Fenland Dog Park. The law states you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times. f) All dogs visiting the paddock must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention. Do not bring your dog if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours.

4. Maintenance

a) The client must bring their own poo bags and remove all poo after their dog(s), and place in the provided dog waste bin. b) it is your responsibility to pick up after your dog(s) whilst on site and dispose of in the bin provided. Failure to do so will result in not being able to rebook. c) No litter is to be left. d) The field and fencing are checked regularly to ensure security. e) We do not take any responsibility for any dog escaping the paddock. f) All dogs visiting the site must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention. g) Please consider the weather conditions before your visit and do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions. h) Please take all balls & toys that you bring into the field away with you. If these have been chewed or broken, you must ensure that the field is cleaned up and these are removed.

5. Car Parking

a) All vehicles must be parked in the designated signed parking areas. Please note only two cars are permitted per time slot. b) Disabled parking is available. This must be arranged before your visit. c) Entrance gate must be closed after arrival and after departure. d) Paddock entrance gate must be locked after departure. e) Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and Fenland Dog Park accept no responsibility for any loss, damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst on site.

6. Liability

a) No responsibility will be taken by the landowners, G.H.Hoyles Ltd, for damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals & property whilst on the site. b) All vehicles parked on the site are left entirely at their owner’s risk. No responsibility for damage, theft or accidents can be taken by G.H.Hoyles Ltd and Fenland Dog Park. c) The use of the paddock, agility equipment and water is at owners own risk. The paddock is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation, has overhanging branches from trees which may fall or have fallen and could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside, other hazards may include wild vegetation e.g fungi, acorns, wild plants & flowers. d) Dog Poo- whilst every effort is made to keep the field clean, we cannot guarantee (given the nature of the field) there will not be any dog poo in the paddock area. G.H.Hoyles Ltd and Fenland Dog Park accepts no liability for illness, injury or death of person(s) and Dog(s) whilst using the paddock and site.

7. Data Policy

a) Personal data is processed in line with GDPR regulations. The information will not be shared with any other parties. Fenland Dog Park reserve the right to vary these T&C’s at any time. Any variations so made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
